Studio Legale Morresi, with offices in Bologna, Milan and Brussels, has been providing legal services to businesses of various sizes since 1986, in connection with a wide range of transactions in the industrial, trade and corporate sectors, representing and assisting companies and non-profit entities in litigation and arbitration, with its internal resources and its network of correspondents in Italy and around the world.

The attorneys in the firm work in teams on each matter entrusted to the firm by its clients, using to the fullest the firm’s resources based on the areas of specialization and expertise of each individual attorney.

The firm renders its services in Italian, English, German, French, and Spanish and is, therefore, particularly well suited to assist foreign clients and to facilitate the relationship between Italian clients and foreign counsel. All of the attorneys in the firm are capable of providing legal services in at least one language other than Italian and some of the attorneys have studied and/or practiced in foreign jurisdictions and therefore have an excellent understanding of the relevant foreign legal systems.

In particular, for purposes of providing legal services to German- and English-speaking clients, the firm has a native German law school graduate (“1. Juristisches Staatsexamen”) and a U.S. born and educated American attorney.
